01. Make an Enquiry
Contact us with an initial outline of the accommodation required.
02. Initial Review
We consider the enquiry and whether a potentially suitable accommodation opportunity may be available.
03. Suitability Assessment
Where appropriate, the relevant housing partner will confirm eligibility and arrange any necessary assessments or checks.
04. Next Steps
Where a suitable opportunity is identified, we help coordinate the next steps with the relevant parties.
Before Making a Referral
All enquiries are considered individually. Accommodation is not guaranteed and any placement is subject to availability, eligibility, suitability and approval by the relevant housing provider.
Please do not include sensitive medical, safeguarding or other confidential personal information in your initial email. We will advise on the appropriate next steps where further information is required.
Seven Oak Homes does not operate an emergency accommodation service. If you are homeless or at immediate risk of homelessness, please contact your local council's housing options team for urgent assistance.
