Seven Oak Homes focuses on sourcing suitable properties and supporting appropriate property arrangements. We work with partner organisations to understand accommodation requirements, resident suitability and the relevant responsibilities of each party.
Specific referral, tenancy, support and management arrangements are agreed separately with the relevant organisations.
